I completely stumbled into this shop. It was under one of the elevated rail areas, so there is a warren of little shops. I wanted to get across fast, so I went down an aisle with relatively few people. It has a maze of pipes and wires overhead, making it uncomfortable for my 6'7" frame. As I am walking past places piles with resistors, capacitors, etc, I bumped into Toei Transformers, quite literally. I was actually looking for them since I was tipped off by this guy's web site about building a little 6BM8 "Yakinori" amp. I picked up a pair of Single Ended transformers with 2k and 3k ohm primaries and 4/8/16 ohm secondaries.
