Watching the herd, they are about 200 yards away.
I sat for a couple hours in front of those dense thornbush trees waiting for the herd to move int a good place to take the shot.
Black Wildebeest
This is a tremendous trophy, with long deep points. A really old herd bull, his place will now be taken by a younger animal, continuing the circle of life.
A really nice, old, superior Black Wildebeest (Gnu). We stalked him and then had to wait for several hours for him to move. I took him at 165 yards
