The whisky they brew and distill here is 50% corn, 45% barley and 5% others (hops and colorants) so it does not meet the nominal conditions of Rye, Bourbon or Tenessee Whisky. The distillery buys barrels from the bourbon industry and will go into production Summer 2007.
