The Stag leads his herd up past me
And they headed for the skyline.
Cliff loaded up the quad with our stags
My stag back at the house. Field dressed (Gralloched, in Scottish parlance) he weighed 13 stone 11 pound, or about 193 lbs. The meat all goes to a dealer and is sold both in Scotland and abroad. I think some of it comes to Germany.
